The Train Program focuses on basic movements to help you move better, get stronger, and improve your endurance. It's a great way to start learning skills for functional fitness, using effective strength training methods. Perfect for those wanting a challenge, this program will push your limits in the gym and prepare you for life and competition.
WEEKLY STRUCTURE: 5-7 sessions each week (45-60 minutes each)
